Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q1.  How many hours in a day tuition are conducted?

Generally, our classes are conducted 1.5 hours in a day. However as per the requirement, we can customize this time.

 

Q2.  What are the different types of tutorials available?

We offer home tuition, group tuition and online tuition. In all these tutorials, we attempt to appoint a tutor or tuition centre as close to your home as possible.

 

Q3.  How do I make the payment?

You can pay through bank transfer, credit card, debit card, UPI or cash.

 

Q4.  When class starts after enrollment?

Class starts on or before 6th day from the date of enrollment.

 

Q5.  How many days in a week are tuition conducted?

Classes are conducted 2 days, 3 days and 5 days in a week. However as per the requirement, we can customize this time.

 

Q6.  Are the tutors school teachers?

In our team, we have both - professional tutors as well as school teachers. Regardless, all our teachers are well qualified, competent and talented individuals.

 

Q7.  Who will pay salary to the tutors:  Institute or parents?

Institute will not take tutors’ salary. Parents directly have to pay to the tutors

 

Q8.  What are your different tutorial packages?

By default, our tuition packages are Exam Preparation, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly.

 

Q9.  What type of tuition support do you provide?

Our tutors help students in homework, project work and exam preparation.

 

Q10. Do you track the tutor attendance?

Yes, we use an online platform to track the attendance.
