Upon enrollment for Home Tuition Classes, the initial steps involve:

1.    Choosing a tutor situated within a 5km radius of your home.

2.    Evaluating the tutor's profile to match the student's requirements.

3.    Arranging a demo class with a compatible profile.

4.    Deciding a class start date following a successful demo session.

5.    If dissatisfied with the demo, we will provide alternative tutors until your satisfaction is met.

 

 

Actions taken during the home tuition package validity period include:

1.    Ensuring the correct match of tutor with the student.

2.    If the tutor is unable to continue for any reason, promptly assign a replacement.

3.    Monitoring tutor attendance through an App.

4.    Arrangement of a substitute tutor if the primary tutor takes an extended emergency leave.

1.    Setting up the system.

2.    Matching the tutor according to the student's requirements.

3.    Conducting an online demo session.

4.    Establishing a class start date post a successful demo session.

5.    If dissatisfied with the demo, we will provide alternative tutors until your satisfaction is met.
